Job Summary

As a Toyota of Riverside Sales Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient sales experience. This highly visible position requires a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic individual who can provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they arrive to the dealership, directing them to the appropriate sales person.
• Provide a high level of hospitality to customers while they wait for a Sales Consultant or Manager.
• Determine the purpose of each customer’s visit and direct them to the appropriate department or employee.
• Monitor the dealerships showroom and customer areas, ensuring they remain organized and welcoming.
• Help maintain accurate customer traffic information, including tracking showroom visits, appointments and customer arrivals
• Support the sales team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Bilingual is desirable but not a requirement for this position

Schedule

This is a full-time position, including weekends and some Holidays.
