Position Overview: Toyota of Riverside is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Sales Client Care Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and coordinate all incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally
• Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries via telephone, email and text in a timely and efficient manner
• Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth flow of communication with potential clients
• Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships’ standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and self-motivator
• Previous customer service, sales or call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
